The DigiDial Console is an industrial-grade, fully automated dimensional inspection system built around Mitutoyo Digimatic Dials. It captures real-time measurements, performs tolerance comparison, makes OK/Fail decisions, punches OK parts, logs results to SD card, and simplifies operator effort. Optional IoTLink module outputs data via RS485 Modbus RTU for seamless IoT integration.

DigiDial Console is a purpose-built automated inspection system designed to measure casted or machined part dimensions using up to 8 – Mitutoyo Digimatic Dials with 2-digit precision. It eliminates manual judgment, ensures consistent accuracy, and simplifies the entire operator workflow. Equipped with a 10-inch capacitive touch display, the DigiDial Console captures real-time readings from Digimatic Dials, compares them against predefined tolerance limits, and automatically determines Pass or Fail. It eliminates manual error, ensures consistency, and drastically reduces operator workload — all while storing every detail for inspection analysis.
