Smart Vending Automation

TwinBot provides the electronics, embedded software, controller firmware, touchscreen workflow, and optional IoT platform behind connected vending machines. Customers can choose between two simple journeys: pay through UPI to purchase a product, or insert an eligible empty bottle and receive a configured free reward for supporting environmental responsibility. The bottle-return workflow uses sensors and validation logic to detect an accepted container before authorising the reward. Each deployment can be configured around the product type, reward rules, number of selections, dispensing mechanism, sensors, user journey, and connectivity requirements. Cabinet fabrication, refrigeration, shelves, spirals, elevators, locks, and final mechanical assembly may be supplied by an independent OEM or integrator unless expressly included in TwinBot's written scope.

TwinBot supplies the touchscreen workflow, controller logic, sensing interfaces, optional connected monitoring, and integration technology. The enclosure and mechanical machine may be supplied by an OEM or system integrator. The operator stocks and prices products, supports consumers, and acts as merchant of record. Payment-provider approval and settlement remain subject to the provider's written confirmation.
